A 64-year-old patient came to the Neurosciences department with complaints of troubled sleep for the last seven years. Upon consultation with Dr Rutul Shah, Consultant Neurologist & Epileptologist, it was found that he had dynamic nerve compression in his elbow region. After sleeping for only 2-3 hours, the patient would experience numbness & tingling in his arm due to this nerve damage. Dr Rutul diagnosed him accurately & relieved him of his symptoms with the help of an elbow splint, to be used every night while sleeping.
