A 45 years old, Ugandan female patient, came to KD Hospital with complaints of breast lump, nipple discharge and heavy, painful periods.
Mammography was done along with a Tru-cut biopsy for the breast lump & Ductoscopy with ductal papilloma removal was performed by Dr Shefali Desai, Consultant Breast Surgeon to rule out malignancy. She was admitted under the care of Dr Ankita Jain, Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, Laparotomy for Myomectomy with bilateral salpingectomy was scheduled & 40 fibroids were removed.
