A 37-year-old male patient was brought to KD Hospital in the early morning at around 2:40 AM with complaints of sudden onset chest pain. He suddenly collapsed due to Cardiogenic Shock. He was cardioverted 3-4 times to resolve his ongoing VT/VF. The patient was then thrombolysed & Dr Krunal Tamakuwala , Consultant Interventional Cardiologist, inserted IABP (Into Aortic Balloon Pump) immediately in the ER itself.
Heart Failure is a life-threatening condition
If not attended on time, the patient might not have survived.
