A 45 years old, Ugandan female patient, came to KD Hospital with complaints of breast lump, nipple discharge and heavy, painful periods. Mammography was done along with a Tru-cut biopsy for the breast lump & Ductoscopy with ductal papilloma removal was performed by Dr Shefali Desai, Consultant Breast Surgeon to rule out malignancy.
