An 11-year-old patient undergoes life-saving treatment at KD Hospital. With continuous blood vomit, the patient was brought to our Emergency Department in critical condition. A unique case of foreign body removal from the duodenum of a 7-year-old patient. A young female patient was brought to KD Hospital by her worried parents when they realised that their daughter had ingested a metallic pin with a sharp end. Due to the fear of GI tract perforation, it was critical to remove the foreign body immediately.
