A 56-year-old frail female with a weight of 28kg, and a history of hypertension and Sjogren's disease, was brought to KD Hospital due to deteriorating breathlessness, generalized swelling, and reduced urine output. The patient and her relatives had almost lost hope but still wanted a final opinion from our experts before giving up on their two-month hospital journey.
