A 30-year-old female patient arrived at KD Hospital with a persistent cough for a month, accompanied by a fever. A 34-year-old female patient with a recent history of LSCS at 35 weeks of gestation with complaints of chest pain, breathlessness, jerky movements, and loss of consciousness for a day with complaints. She was admitted under the care of Dr Jigar Mehta Chief Intensivist and ICU Head, at KD Hospital. The History & Investigations were suggestive of HELLP Syndrome, Eclampsia, PRESS syndrome, PIH & AKI. The patient was put on ventilator support. 4 units of PCV, 8 units of PRC and 8 units of FFP were given to her in the first 48 hours of admission. Sustained low-efficiency dialysis (SLED) was conducted for a week.
